As part of the initial program of the 9th edition for Ekrani i Artit this year, we welcome everyone to join us and get a taste of the festival and find out more about this year’s edition, at the first Ekrani Off-Screen session in Tirana with a film selection from Ars Electronica.

From ritual dinners and AI requiems to plastic oceans and e-waste deserts, these awarded works trace a haunting panorama of environmental collapse and societal decay. A collective zoom-out into the specter of PANIC.
