Considered Hitchcock’s first truly “Hitchcockian” film, The Lodger builds a mysterious atmosphere in fog-covered London, exploring paranoia, collective fear, and the figure of the outsider. 🌫️🔍
The film will be accompanied live by musician Markelian Kapidani 🎹, reviving the silent cinema experience in its collective and immersive form. Cine-concerts are one of the key components of Reframing the Frame, a program that aims to create new ways of experiencing screen culture in Albania by building bridges between film archives, artistic practice, and today’s audiences. 🎞️✨
This program is implemented by United Nations Association Albania in collaboration with The Albanian Cinematheque and the British Film Institute (BFI) 🇬🇧 as the UK partner.

Filmi do të shoqërohet live nga muzikanti Markelian Kapidani 🎹, duke e rikthyer përvojën e kinemasë pa zë në formën e saj kolektive dhe immersive. 🎞️✨
Kino-koncertet janë një nga komponentët kryesorë të “Reframing the Frame”, program që synon të krijojë mënyra të reja të përjetimit të kulturës së ekranit në Shqipëri, duke ndërtuar ura mes arkivit filmik, praktikës artistike dhe publikut të sotëm.
