We invite you to a screening of “Parajanov: The Last Collage”, a poetic and visual reflection on one of the most singular figures in the history of cinema, Sergei Parajanov. The film explores his artistic universe through a language that intertwines collage, archive, and memory, creating a unique cinematic experience.
🎞️This screening is part of the programme’s curated screenings component, bringing to Albanian audiences works that encourage a deeper and more critical way of seeing and experiencing cinema.
📌The programme is implemented by United Nations Association Albania in collaboration with the Albanian Cinematheque and the British Film Institute (BFI) as the UK partner.
The project is supported by the British Council through the WB-UK Creative Skills Development Fund, which enables partnerships between the Western Balkans and the United Kingdom. This initiative, part of the British Council’s Creative Economy Programme, supports the creative industries as strategic economic sectors with transformative potential, with a particular focus on empowering youth skills and employment.
