Mbrëmje letrare me Hildegard E. Keller dhe Arian Leka në Shkodër
Join us for two evenings of literature and conversation with Hildegard E. Keller and moderator Arian Leka, around the novel “Was wir scheinen”, a story that moves between memory, identity, history and fiction.
Swiss-born author, filmmaker and multimedia storyteller Hildegard E. Keller is internationally recognised for her interdisciplinary approach to literature and storytelling, combining novels, film, performance, radio and visual art. “Was wir scheinen” is centered on Hannah Arendt and her final journey to Tegna in 1975, where memories of Berlin, Paris, New York, Israel and Rome, as well as reflections on the Eichmann trial and the reception of Eichmann in Jerusalem, form the backdrop for a literary portrait. Keller’s wider work also engages with historical figures such as Hildegard von Bingen and Alfonsina Storni across different artistic formats including radio features, audioplays, documentaries and performance.
The conversations will be moderated by Albanian writer, poet and literary scholar Arian Leka, founder of the international poetry festival POETEKA and a well-known voice in contemporary Albanian literature.
The readings will include Albanian translation.
